Bryan Li is the Chief Financial Officer for Yingli Green Energy Holding Co., Ltd. 

Prior to joining Yingli Green Energy in November of 2006, Mr. Li worked for eleven years as senior audit manager and audit manager at accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers. 

From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Li was given the honor during his term to work at the PricewaterhouseCoopers New York City branch as audit manager.

As the CFO of one of the leading integrated photovoltaic (PV) product manufacturers in China, Mr. Li is committed to executing the Company’s core strategies to achieve continuous growth while maximizing shareholder value. 

Mr. Li graduated from both the mechanical engineering department at the Shanghai Institute of Technology and the international finance and insurance department at the Shanghai Institute of Business and Administration. 

He also received his Master’s degree in Business
Administration from The Olin School of Business at Washington University. Mr. Li is a qualified member of the China Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
