Yonghua Lu is the founder of Solarfun, chairman of the board and CEO. 

Mr. Lu has over 20 years of experience in enterprise management, and in the past, he has served in several leading management positions. Among others, he was the chairman of Linyang Electronics between 1997 and 2006.

Mr. Lu has attended a 15-month training course for Applied Social Studies at Soochow University Graduate School of Humanities, and a 20-month executive MBA course at Renmin University in China.

YPaul W. Combs is Vice President of strategic planning of Solarfun. Prior to joining the company in Aug. 

2007, Mr. Combs was CIO of Think Equity Partners from 2004 to 2006.

He also worked at Morgan Stanley & Co. from 1980 to 1985.

Mr. Combs received a bachelor's degree of science from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University.
