Sanjeev Chaurasia is a Director in Credit Suisse's investment banking department and is responsible for global coverage of Credit Suisse's investment banking effort in the solar energy sector. 

Mr. Chaurasia's recent transaction experience in solar and alternative energy includes: Yingli Green Energy $372 mm concurrent follow-on & convertible bond; JA Solar $306 mm follow-on; First Solar $698 mm follow-on; HelioVolt $101 mm private placement; First Solar $458 mm IPO; STR Corp $280 mm syndicated loan; STR Corp. $415 mm sale; Suntech Power $455 mm IPO and $300 mm acquisition of MSK; REC $1,159 mm IPO and $465 mm secondary offering; Q-Cells AG €641 mm combined equity and exchangeable secondary offering; EnerNoc $112 mm IPO; EnerNoc $123 mm follow-on; and FuelCell Energy $68 mm follow-on. 

Mr Chaurasia holds a B.S. Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Wisconsin and a MBA from Cornell University.
