Adrian Servini

Adrian Servini has over 30 years experience in the Semiconductor and Photovoltaic Industries. He began his career studying the fundamentals characteristics of MOS devices, then worked for 5 years at ST Microelectronics in the development of Integrated Circuits.

Dr. Servini worked for over 20 years at MEMC Electronic Materials covering numerous roles in the fields of polysilicon, crystal, and wafer manufacturing. 

After leaving MEMC he taught in the Engineering School at Washington University St. Louis, before joining Advanced Silicon Materials Incorporated (now REC) for 4 years as their VP of Sales and Marketing. In early 2005 he joined GT Solar, and participated in the formation of its Polysilicon Division.

Dr Servini is currently the Director of Business Development at GT Solar.
