Booking assistance is free of charge. The following information explains available hotel booking options:

1.Online booking:
You can make an online reservation from PHOTON’s contingent of rooms directly at www.stuttgart-tourist.de/congress/photon. The site includes a list of selected hotels, including a short description. You will receive your reservation confirmation via e-mail once you have made your online booking.

2.Reservations by fax or email:
You can also reserve a room by simply submitting the password, your address, travel information and the desired hotel by fax to +49/711/2228251 or by sending an email to at hotels@stuttgart-tourist.de. After booking, you will receive reservation confirmation by fax or email.

3.Telephone reservations:
The hotel department at Stuttgart-Marketing GmbH is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 6:00 pm CET, by telephone at +49/711/2228233. When making a reservation from PHOTON’s contingent of rooms by phone, simply provide the password “Photon.” You will receive reservation confirmation by fax or email after booking.

Customers must contact Stuttgart-Marketing GmbH’s hotel reservations directly to make any reservation changes or cancellations.
